About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Associate to support our end-to- end hiring efforts. This role will work closely with hiring managers and the HR team to attract, engage, and hire top talent across technical, corporate, and operational roles.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Sourcing:
Support end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from requisition to offer closure
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and interview panels
Stakeholder Coordination:
Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and timelines
Ensure smooth communication between candidates, interviewers, and HR
Provide regular hiring status updates to internal stakeholders
Candidate Experience:
Act as the primary point of contact for candidates during the hiring process
Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience at every stage
Manage offer rollouts and support pre-joining formalities
Recruitment Operations:
Maintain accurate recruitment data, trackers, and ATS records
Support onboarding documentation and joining formalities
Assist in employer branding initiatives, career page updates, and job postings
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
12 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
Familiarity with hiring technical, engineering, or corporate roles is a plus
Strong communication and coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines simultaneously
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing organization
