HR Executive Recruiter for Talent Acquisition (TA) is a specialized professional responsible for the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, focusing on sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent to meet an organization's long-term strategic goals. While traditional recruitment focuses on filling immediate openings, this role is more strategic, involving workforce planning and pipeline building.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Managing the full cycle from understanding job requirements and drafting job descriptions to onboarding new hires.
  • Strategic Sourcing: Identifying potential candidates using diverse channels such as LinkedIn, job portals like Naukri.com, and social media platforms.
  • Candidate Screening: Conducting initial interviews and technical screenings to ensure candidates align with both technical requirements and company culture.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborating closely with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and provide regular updates on the hiring pipeline.
  • Employer Branding: Promoting the organization as an employer of choice through professional communication and community engagement.
