Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and workforce plans.
- Source candidates through multiple channels (LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, social media, etc.).
- Conduct screening calls, interviews, and coordinate interview schedules.
- Maintain and update the ATS / candidate database regularly.
- Create a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Support employer branding initiatives and contribute to recruitment marketing campaigns.
- Provide timely feedback and communication to candidates throughout the hiring process.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 23 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (corporate or agency).
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and social recruiting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Hands-on experience with ATS systems and MS Office tools.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and deliver results within deadlines.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience hiring for tech / non-tech positions.
- Exposure to employer branding or campus recruitment initiatives.
- Familiarity with HR analytics or recruitment metrics.
