About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and passionate Talent Acquisition Executive to join our growing HR team. You'll play a key role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our company's growth. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and workforce plans.
  • Source candidates through multiple channels (LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, social media, etc.).
  • Conduct screening calls, interviews, and coordinate interview schedules.
  • Maintain and update the ATS / candidate database regularly.
  • Create a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and contribute to recruitment marketing campaigns.
  • Provide timely feedback and communication to candidates throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 23 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (corporate or agency).
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and social recruiting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Hands-on experience with ATS systems and MS Office tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and deliver results within deadlines.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience hiring for tech / non-tech positions.
  • Exposure to employer branding or campus recruitment initiatives.
  • Familiarity with HR analytics or recruitment metrics.
