- Manage the full recruitment lifecyclefrom job posting to onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create clear job descriptions.
- Source candidates via job portals, social media, referrals, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes, conduct telephonic/virtual interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Conduct HR interviews to assess cultural fit and salary expectations.
- Ensure timely feedback and followups to avoid delays in hiring.
2. Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development
- Build strong talent pipelines for recurring or critical positions.
- Use advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, social sourcing).
- Maintain and update candidate databases (ATS).
3. Employer Branding
- Assist in employer branding initiatives through social media posts, campus engagement, events, etc.
- Represent the company at job fairs, campus placements, and industry events.
4. Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with HR and business leaders to understand workforce needs.
- Maintain strong communication with internal stakeholders for interview coordination and feedback.
5. Compliance & Documentation
- Manage offer letter preparation, salary negotiation, and joining formalities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and HR standards.
- Maintain accurate recruitment MIS reports and dashboards.
