Job Description

1. Recruitment & Selection

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecyclefrom job posting to onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create clear job descriptions.
  • Source candidates via job portals, social media, referrals, and professional networks.
  • Screen resumes, conduct telephonic/virtual interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Conduct HR interviews to assess cultural fit and salary expectations.
  • Ensure timely feedback and followups to avoid delays in hiring.

2. Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development

  • Build strong talent pipelines for recurring or critical positions.
  • Use advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, social sourcing).
  • Maintain and update candidate databases (ATS).

3. Employer Branding

  • Assist in employer branding initiatives through social media posts, campus engagement, events, etc.
  • Represent the company at job fairs, campus placements, and industry events.

4. Stakeholder Management

  • Work closely with HR and business leaders to understand workforce needs.
  • Maintain strong communication with internal stakeholders for interview coordination and feedback.

5. Compliance & Documentation

  • Manage offer letter preparation, salary negotiation, and joining formalities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and HR standards.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment MIS reports and dashboards.
