Accountable for Talent Acquisition for all sales division as well as corporate office in Mumbai

Worked with HR head to build up and execute robust the Talent Acquisition policy and process in the organization

Responsible for Complete Talent Acquisition Cycle - Sourcing, Shortlisting, Scheduling, Preliminary screening, HR round of interviews, Salary negotiation, Offer letter generation and post offer follow ups)

Creation of Job description for all the new/critical vacancies and keep a record of the existing job descriptions for the future reference

Understanding the requirement of Business units and provide the manpower to the respective business units on time.
