About the Role:
SymphonyAI is seeking an agile, organized, and future-ready Senior Recruiting Coordinator to support our talent acquisition teams worldwide. You will be at the heart of candidate experience and scheduling excellence, seamlessly navigating global time zones, high-growth workflows, and diverse stakeholder needs. You will drive process discipline, operational improvements, and scalable recruiting coordination practices across India, APAC, Middle East, EMEA, and North America regions.
What You'll Do:
- Own and execute high-volume interview scheduling across multiple regions, balancing candidate and interviewer time zones (India, APAC, Middle East, EMEA, North America) with precision.
- Design, refine, and document end-to-end recruiting coordination processes, ensuring best practices are scalable for future growth.
- Think holistically about workflows; introduce automations and new tools to streamline coordination, minimize manual work, and enhance recruiter/Sourcer and candidate experiences.
- Serve as the key liaison between recruiters/Sourcers, interviewers, hiring managers, and candidatesensuring proactive communication, timely updates, and seamless experiences.
- Own key recruiting metrics (turnaround times, scheduling accuracy, candidate satisfaction). Analyze bottlenecks, develop action plans, and drive continuous process improvement.
- Maintain unwavering composure and sharp problem-solving abilities in fast-paced, ambiguous, and highly dynamic environments. Demonstrate the ability to handle chaos without becoming chaos.
- Support regional and functional alignment, balancing consistency with localized needs.
- Proactively anticipate scaledesign processes, templates, and frameworks that enable us to manage 2x-3x volume efficiently as we grow globally.
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Strong recruiting coordination experience in fast-paced, global environmentspreferably SaaS, tech, consulting, or high-growth industry.
- Proven track record supporting multi-region scheduling and operational requirements.
- Strong workflow/process mindsetability to map, optimize, and own efficiency projects end-to-end.
- Advanced stakeholder management, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with candidate management ATS (e.g., iCIMS, Workday, Greenhouse), scheduling tools, and productivity platforms.
- Metrics and data-driven approach; excel in tracking and reporting operational KPIs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable working across cultures, time zones, and business functions.
