About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Retail Talent Acquisition Consultant on a fixed-term contractual basis for 1 year. The consultant will be responsible for driving end-to-end recruitment for key retail roles in the organization.

The ideal candidate must have prior experience in retail hiring, particularly across functions such as Visual Merchandising, Retail Expansion/Business Development, Beauty Trainers, and Project roles within retail environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manageend-to-end recruitment lifecycle
  • Partner with business leaders to understand retail workforce planning needs
  • Visual Merchandisers
  • Retail Business Development / Expansion Managers
  • Beauty Trainers
  • Retail Project Managers / Project Coordinators
  • Store-level leadership and support roles (as required)
  • Develop sourcing strategies tailored to retail industry requirements
  • Build and maintain a strong retail talent pipeline
  • Coordinate interviews and stakeholder communication
  • Ensure timely closures within defined TAT and budget
  • Drive quality hiring aligned with business growth plans
  • Maintain recruitment MIS, reports, and dashboards
  • Ensure compliance with hiring processes and documentation

Required Experience & Skills

  • 28+ years of recruitment experience, withstrong exposure to retail hiring
  • Strong understanding of retail operations and expansion models
  • Experience bulk hiring for multi-location retail setups preferred
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Strong sourcing capabilities (LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, vendor networks, etc.)
  • Ability to work independently in a consultant capacity
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

Preferred Background

  • Experience working with retail brands in fashion, lifestyle, or beauty segments
  • Prior experience supporting rapid retail expansion or store rollouts
  • Experience working in a high-growth environment
