As we scale, we're looking for a Talent Acquisition Consultant who can help us identify, engage, and hire exceptional talent across functions.
Role Overview
As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will own end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles and act as a strategic partner to hiring managers. You will be responsible for driving candidate pipelines, ensuring a great candidate experience, and helping Cuemath attract high-quality talent efficiently.
This role is ideal for someone who combines strong sourcing skills, stakeholder management, and a data-driven approach to hiring.
Key Responsibilities :
Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across business, product, technology, operations, and leadership roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and define ideal candidate profiles.
- Build proactive talent pipelines through sourcing, referrals, networking, and market mapping.
- Screen and assess candidates through structured conversations and competency-based evaluations.
- Coordinate interview processes and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
Stakeholder Management
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
- Provide regular updates on hiring progress, market insights, and pipeline health.
- Drive alignment on hiring expectations, timelines, and candidate quality.
Employer Branding & Candidate Experience
- Represent Cuemath's culture and values throughout the hiring process.
- Ensure candidates receive timely communication and a positive experience.
- Support employer branding initiatives to strengthen Cuemath's talent brand.
Recruitment Operations
- Maintain accurate candidate records and hiring data in the ATS.
- Track and report key recruitment metrics such as pipeline conversion, time-to-hire, and source effectiveness.
- Identify process improvements to increase hiring efficiency and quality.
What We're Looking For
- 1–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Executive Search.
- Strong sourcing and headhunting capabilities across multiple functions.
- Experience managing end-to-end hiring independently.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and modern sourcing tools.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience hiring for startups, high-growth companies, or consulting firms.
- Exposure to technology, product, growth, sales, or leadership hiring.
- Experience using AI tools to improve recruiting productivity and candidate engagement.
