Job Description

Job Title: Talent Acquisition (Technical & Campus Hiring)

Location: Noida

Experience: 6 15 Years

Qualification: B.E / B.Tech (Mandatory)

Role Purpose

To own end-to-end technical and campus hiring for manufacturing, service, application, R&D, sales engineering and leadership roles ensuring quality talent, speed and long-term capability building.

Key Responsibilities

Technical & Leadership Hiring

  • Manage complete recruitment life cycle for:
  • SMT / EMS / Process Engineers
  • Service & Application Engineers
  • Quality, Production & R&D Engineers
  • Automation / Mechatronics Engineers
  • Sales & Pre-Sales Engineers
  • Plant & Factory Leadership roles

Campus Hiring & Graduate Programs

  • Execute campus hiring strategy for Graduate Engineer Trainees (GETs), Diploma Engineer Trainees (DETs) and Management Trainees.
  • Build relationships with Tier 1 / Tier 2 engineering colleges & ITIs.
  • Own end-to-end campus process: institute tie-ups, branding, assessments, interview design, offer roll-out and joining conversion.
  • Create structured internship & trainee programs for future leadership pipeline.

Requirement Understanding

  • Translate business needs into precise technical competencies.
  • Strong understanding of SMT, PCB assembly, EMS, automation, EV & Solar domains.

Talent Pipeline & Employer Branding

  • Build continuous talent pipelines for niche skills.
  • Drive referral programs and employer branding initiatives across campuses and industry networks.

Stakeholder Partnership

  • Work closely with Leadership, and Business Heads as a strategic hiring partner.

Metrics & Governance

  • Own TA KPIs: time-to-hire, quality-of-hire, cost-to-hire, joining & retention ratios.
  • Build recruitment dashboards, ATS and SLA governance.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • B.E / B.Tech mandatory.
  • Strong hiring exposure in manufacturing / electronics / EMS / SMT / automation / industrial technology domains.
  • Strong campus hiring program leadership experience.
  • Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Experience Profile

  • 6 15 years of technical recruitment experience.
  • Prior experience in EMS / electronics manufacturing / automation companies preferred.
