Job Description

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition capabilities (Talent sourcing, Head hunting, Interviewing, Offer Negotiation)
  • Time and cost-effective sourcing
  • Responsible for end-to-end hiring process and fulfill talent requirement of the organization
  • Own accountability for TA policies, budget, frameworks, and governance
  • Reviewing of existing job descriptions and re-aligning them according to the needs of the department/organization
  • Implement digital marketing strategies and leverage the talent pools to attract and find the best candidates for the job
  • To partner with the departments in making a confident and well-informed decision by providing recommendations and evaluating candidates against the job requirements
  • Determine selection criteria for candidates by liaising with line managers
  • Source applicants through professional online channels. Identify and refine down the most suitable talent from available candidates
  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews
  • Assess candidates information, including CVs, portfolios, and references
  • Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in human resources management
  • 5+ years of experience as a Talent Acquisition
  • Familiar with social media, CV databases, and professional networks
  • Full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends
