We are looking for a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Associate focusing on IT recruitment. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to fill various IT positions within our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and create job descriptions
- Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate fit
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Collect feedback from interviews and make recommendations to the hiring team
- Negotiate offers and close candidates
- Maintain candidate databases and keep track of recruitment metrics
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field
- Proven experience in IT recruitment or related field
- Strong understanding of technology roles and terminology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems
- Should be ready to work in night shift between 04:30pm to 02:30am IST
