About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and driven recruiter with at least 6 months to 1 year of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring top-performing sales professionals who will drive business growth. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand requirements, build strong candidate pipelines, and ensure a seamless recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for sales positions (Sourcing Screening Interviewing Offer Management).
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
  • Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), social media, employee referrals, and networking.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates sales skills, motivation, and cultural fit.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication throughout.
  • Maintain an active talent pipeline for current and future sales hiring needs.
  • Ensure timely updates to candidates and hiring managers to provide a positive recruitment experience.
  • Track and report recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, offer acceptance rate, and pipeline status.
  • Stay updated with market trends and competitor hiring strategies to attract top sales talent.
