Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple practices in Milliman
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and define candidate profiles.
  • Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), social media, referrals, and internal databases.
  • Screen, shortlist, schedule interviews, and manage feedback loops efficiently.
  • Drive salary discussion with candidates, ensuring alignment with internal budget and benchmarks.
  • Coordinate offer rollouts and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers and dashboards.
  • Ensure adherence to internal HR policies and process.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of pre-screened candidates for critical positions.
  • Safeguard sensitive information with strict confidentiality and data protection standards.

Requirements:

  • 3 years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years hiring for Employee Benefits domain.
  • Hands-on experience in sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Good understanding of HR compliance and documentation requirements.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in bulk hiring and conducting drive events.
  • Enthusiastic to implement a variety of human resource programs and drive employee engagement initiatives.
  • Exposure to campus hiring or lateral bulk hiring.
