Talent Acquisition Associate - Product Hiring

As a Talent Acquisition Associate focused on product hiring, you will play a critical role in shaping high-impact product teams by identifying and attracting top-tier talent across Engineering, Design, Product Strategy, and Business Operations. This is a full-cycle recruiting role where you'll own the process end-to-endfrom sourcing to closing candidatesworking in close collaboration with Product Owners, Engineering Managers, and Leadership to scale our in-house product teams with speed and precision.

What You'll Do

• Own the hiring lifecycle from sourcing to closing for product-focused roles (Engineering, Design, Product Strategy, etc.).
• Partner with Product Owners, Engineering Managers, and Leadership to align on hiring needs and ideal candidate profiles.
• Source exceptional talent via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, niche communities, and referrals.
• Screen candidates for both technical skills and product mindset, ensuring strong alignment with business goals.
• Manage interview scheduling, feedback loops, and candidate communications to keep the process fast and transparent.
• Deliver a WOW candidate experience by building trust and engagement from first touch to final offer.
• Stay agile and work flexible hours when needed to support global teams and urgent hiring priorities.

What We're Looking For

• 13 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in a product-based company or high-growth startup.
• Proven ability to hire for product-centric roles (e.g., Product Managers, Engineers, Designers).
• Strong sourcing expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and industry networks.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to grasp technical requirements and present them clearly to candidates.
• A fast learner, adaptable, and collaborative with a problem-solving mindset.
• Experience hiring in agile or fast-paced environments is a strong plus.
• Flexibility to adjust working hours to meet evolving product team demands.
