Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic Talent Acquisition Associate (Fresher). The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of sourcing, screening, understanding job requirements, and handling closures efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Source relevant profiles using Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
• Understand job descriptions and identify suitable talent
• Coordinate and schedule interviews
• Follow up with candidates and hiring managers for timely updates
• Maintain recruitment trackers and daily hiring updates
• Ensure smooth communication and a positive candidate experience
• Support efficient closure of open positions through proactive follow-ups

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• Basic knowledge of end-to-end recruitment preferred
• Good understanding of sourcing and screening
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work on timelines
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
