Role Overview

This role focuses on end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition in a fast-paced startup environment. You'll own the execution of hiring across roles and stages—working closely with founders and hiring managers to translate business needs into high-quality hires. Your work will directly impact how quickly and effectively teams are built as the company scales.

We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys recruiting and takes pride in building strong candidate pipelines. You're energized by speaking with candidates and understanding what makes someone exceptional for a role. You're comfortable operating in ambiguity and bring structure, judgment, and follow-through to every search.
