We're Hiring || Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition (Bulk Hiring)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end bulk hiring for BPO/Contact Center roles
- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets
- Drive sourcing strategies through job portals, social media, vendor management & employee referrals
- Ensure adherence to TAT, SLA, and hiring quality metrics
- Coordinate with stakeholders and operations for manpower planning
- Maintain recruitment dashboards, reports, and data analysis
- Conduct interviews and ensure proper candidate experience
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 4–7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition (Bulk Hiring mandatory)
- Prior team handling experience preferred
- Strong understanding of BPO/Contact Center hiring
- Excellent stakeholder management & communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive hiring targets
- Proficiency in MS Excel & recruitment MIS reporting
