Skills & experience required:
- Minimum 6 months experience in hiring and recruitment.
- Must have done end-to-end recruitment from sourcing till onboarding.
- Must be quick and focused while at the same time not compromising the quality of candidates sourced.
- Must be fluent in English communication.
- Experience in using Internet/ google/ LinkedIn/mass mailing/other social networks.
Job description:
- Full life cycle (End-To-End) recruitment.
- Sourcing relevant profiles from Portals, Internal Database, Mass Mailing, Referencing, competition mapping, headhunting etc.
- Screening (telephonic & F2F) candidates as per the JD & JS.
- Briefing the candidates about the job profile, organization and benefits.
- Scheduling interviews, offer negotiation and pre-offer formalities.
- Coordinating and follow up with the candidates till they are on board.
