Job Description

Skills & experience required:

  • Minimum 6 months experience in hiring and recruitment.
  • Must have done end-to-end recruitment from sourcing till onboarding.
  • Must be quick and focused while at the same time not compromising the quality of candidates sourced.
  • Must be fluent in English communication.
  • Experience in using Internet/ google/ LinkedIn/mass mailing/other social networks.

Job description:

  • Full life cycle (End-To-End) recruitment.
  • Sourcing relevant profiles from Portals, Internal Database, Mass Mailing, Referencing, competition mapping, headhunting etc.
  • Screening (telephonic & F2F) candidates as per the JD & JS.
  • Briefing the candidates about the job profile, organization and benefits.
  • Scheduling interviews, offer negotiation and pre-offer formalities.
  • Coordinating and follow up with the candidates till they are on board.
