Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Insight & Reporting

  • Produce regular and ad hoc recruitment reports for the Head of TA and senior stakeholders by department and country
  • Develop clear, structured PowerPoint presentations to communicate recruitment insights, market intelligence, and project updates to senior leaders
  • Maintain accurate manual reporting on hiring activity, timelines, and outcomes

Market & Talent Intelligence

  • Use LinkedIn Talent Insights and external data sources to provide talent market insight
  • Produce competitor and location-based talent intelligence for key roles
  • Contribute data and insight to hiring strategy discussions and business cases

Projects & Continuous Improvement

  • Support recruitment-focused projects led by the Head of TA
  • Track project progress, risks, and actions to ensure delivery
  • Help identify opportunities to improve recruitment workflows, data quality, and visibility
  • Create clear documentation, frameworks, and guidance to support TA operations

Stakeholder Support

  • Act as a trusted analytical partner to the Head of Talent Acquisition
  • Work with HR and business stakeholders to gather data and clarify requirements

Values Alignment

  • Innovation: Drives continuous improvement in TA reporting
  • Collaboration: Works closely with Global Head of TA and TA Managers to ensure timely and accurate submission of reports

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
  • Experience: 3 - 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or HR, with significant experience in reporting, analysis and project related tasks.
  • Technical Tools: Advanced Excel capability (formulas, pivot tables, structured reporting). Proficiency in HRIS, ATS, and other HR technology platforms. Familiarity with data analysis tools is a plus.
  • Advanced PowerPoint capability, including structuring narratives, simplifying complex information, and producing executive-ready materials
