Position: Talent Acquisition & HR Operations Manager
Location: Delhi (On-site)
Reports To: Founder / Director
Role Summary
We are looking for a high-performance HR professional who can build a strong recruitment pipeline, enforce discipline, and create structured HR systems. This role is responsible for hiring quality talent, tracking employee performance rigorously, and ensuring accountability across the organization.
This is not a coordination role. This is an execution-driven, metrics-focused position.
Key Responsibilities (KRAs)
1 Talent Acquisition & Hiring Engine
Close all approved positions within defined timelines.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for sourcing, operations, sales, and support roles.
Conduct structured interviews and competency-based assessments.
Ensure strict reference and background checks.
Reduce dependency on external agencies.
Maintain an internal database of pre-qualified candidates.
Hiring KRA Targets:
Maintain active pipeline of 35 candidates per open position.
Ensure 90% offer-to-joining ratio.
Reduce hiring TAT quarter-on-quarter.
2 Performance Management & Accountability
Implement KPI-based appraisal system.
Track individual employee performance monthly.
Maintain attendance, productivity, and discipline records.
Identify low performers and initiate corrective action plans.
Create role clarity documents for every position.
Performance KRA Targets:
100% employees with defined KPIs.
Monthly performance review reports submitted to Founder.
Zero tolerance for prolonged underperformance.
3 Employee Discipline & Compliance
Enforce company policies strictly.
Maintain documentation for leave, attendance, warnings, and performance notices.
Handle employee exits professionally and quickly.
Ensure smooth exit formalities with proper documentation.
Compliance KRA Targets:
100% documentation accuracy.
No compliance lapses.
Exit clearance within 48 hours of resignation.
4 HR Systems & Structure Building
Build SOPs for recruitment, onboarding, and exit.
Design structured onboarding process (7-day induction plan).
Implement HRMIS or tracking systems.
Maintain employee database and contract records.
5 Culture & Infrastructure (Strategic Role)
Ensure office environment supports productivity.
Coordinate employee engagement initiatives.
Work with management to upgrade workspace standards.
Ideal Candidate Profile
5+ years in Recruitment & HR Operations.
Experience hiring for sourcing, sales, export, or manufacturing roles preferred.
Strong in documentation, discipline, and structured reporting.
Comfortable handling tough conversations.
Data-driven, not emotional.
Should be able to work directly with Founder no filtering, no drama.
