We are looking for a strong Talent Acquisition & HR Operations leader who can build a high-performance team in a fast-growing manufacturing and consumer brand company.

This is not a payroll role. This role owns hiring, retention, KPIs, compliance, and culture execution.

What You Will Own:

Hire A-players across sales, operations, plant, finance & leadership

Build structured hiring process with scorecards and 90-day performance plans

Reduce attrition and improve productivity

Implement KRAs, KPIs & performance review systems

Oversee compliance (PF, ESI, Mediclaim, statutory)

Strengthen onboarding, training and retention systems

Build HR dashboards linked to business profitability

What We Need:

8+ years HR experience, 3+ years in manufacturing preferred

Strong experience in hiring mid & senior leadership roles

Data-driven mindset understands numbers, not just policies

Experience managing 150+ employees

Ability to handle pressure and growth-stage chaos

High ownership mindset
