Job Description

Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and implementation of Talend-based data integration solutions.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop technical specifications.
Develop and maintain ETL processes, data quality routines, and data models to support business needs.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Talend-based solutions.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
6-8+ years of experience developing ETL solutions using Talend.
Strong understanding of data integration and ETL processes.
Experience with Big Data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Hive, Spark) is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
