Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate and document technical requirements and user stories in a standardized and clear manner.
  • Work with customers to optimize business processes and workflows.
  • Perform hands-on technical analysis, including planning and executing proof-of-concepts and prototypes to validate solution proposals.
  • Prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and adapt to changing project needs.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including vendors, business partners, and IT delivery partners.
  • Apply strong teamwork, interpersonal, and communication skills to achieve project objectives.
  • Ensure literacy and numeric accuracy in documentation and analysis.
