As a Developer, you'll focus on solving problems and creating value for the business by building solutions that are reliable and scalable to work with the size and scope of the company. You will be tasked with developing, designing, and maintaining robust business intelligence solutions using Tableau and Looker. You will be part of a team that translates complex data sets into clear and actionable insights to drive business decisions. Required Skills: * 5+ years of experience in BI development and data visualization. * Proven experience with Tableau and Looker (prefer). * Strong SQL skills and experience with data modeling. * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. * Strong communication and collaboration skills. * Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud) is a plus. * Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and BI solutions. * Experience in creating and managing dashboards, reports, and data visualizations. * Capability to perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights. * Extensive expertise in optimizing BI solutions for performance and scalability. * Experience in providing training and support to end-users on BI tools and dashboards. * Commitment to staying current with the latest BI trends and technologies to recommend improvements.
