About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Tableau Developer with strong analytical and visualization expertise to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing interactive dashboards, transforming complex datasets into meaningful insights, and supporting data-driven decision-making across business functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports
- Understand business requirements and convert them into impactful visualizations
- Connect and work with multiple data sources including SQL databases, Excel, cloud platforms, etc.
- Optimize dashboard performance and ensure data accuracy
- Develop calculated fields, parameters, filters, and LOD expressions
- Collaborate with stakeholders, analysts, and technical teams to deliver reporting solutions
- Ensure adherence to data governance and reporting standards
- Troubleshoot reporting and data-related issues efficiently
Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Tableau development
- Strong proficiency in Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server
- Good knowledge of SQL and database concepts
- Experience in data visualization best practices and dashboard storytelling
- Understanding of data warehousing concepts
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Good to Have
- Exposure to Power BI, Python, or ETL tools
- Experience working in analytics/consulting environments
- Knowledge of cloud data platforms is an added advantage
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or related field
