Hiring: Senior Tableau Developer (Offshore – India Remote)

Offshore Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Senior Tableau Developer to support a global analytics team at Johnson & Johnson. The selected candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to build scalable BI and reporting solutions.
Key Requirements:
- 9+ years of BI / Analytics experience
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on Tableau dashboard development experience
- Strong expertise in:
- Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server, Tableau Prep
- Advanced SQL
- Oracle / SQL Server / PostgreSQL
- ETL & Data Warehousing
- Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP preferred)
- Excellent communication skills are mandatory
- Experience in Healthcare / Pharma domain is a plus
Nice to Have:
- Power BI exposure
- Python or R
- Tableau Certifications
- Agile/Scrum experience

Responsibilities include:
- Developing and optimizing Tableau dashboards
- Working with enterprise datasets and SQL
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams
