About Position:
We are seeking for Tableau Developer with hands-on experience in adv tableau, sql proficiency, etc.,

What You'll Do:
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server, and Tableau Prep.
- Collaborate with business teams to understand reporting needs and translate them into actionable visualizations.
- Connect, prepare, and integrate data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Write SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from large databases.
- Optimize dashboards for performance, usability, and user experience.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data, dashboard, and visualization issues proactively.
- Lead Tableau projects and provide guidance to junior developers and analysts when required.
- Support data preparation, ETL processes, and data validation to ensure high-quality reporting.
Expertise You'll Bring:
- Tableau Expertise: Advanced skills in Tableau Desktop, Server, and Prep, including complex calculations, table calculations, blending, and joins.
- SQL Proficiency: Strong ability to write complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
- Data Architecture Knowledge: Understanding of data warehousing, data modeling, and ETL processes.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Ability to lead Tableau projects, mentor junior team members, and enforce best practices.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting, performance optimization, and issue resolution.
- Scripting (Optional): Familiarity with Python, R, or similar languages for data processing and advanced analytics.
- Work Flexibility: Willingness to work from the office/ODC full-time as required.
