We are looking for an experienced Tableau Developer with a strong background in business intelligence and data visualization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating impactful dashboards and reports, coupled with excellent analytical and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain advanced interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Tableau.
• Create detailed wireframes and prototypes for BI solutions to effectively meet business requirements.
• Connect to and integrate data from various sources, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
• Write complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and load data for reporting purposes.
• Apply a strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes to optimize data models and query performance.
• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights, and translate them into clear, compelling data stories.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, understand their needs, and provide effective BI solutions.
• Communicate complex technical concepts and findings clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Manage BI projects within a highly matrixed organizational structure, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of data visualization best practices and standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 5+ years of relevant experience in data visualization and Business Intelligence (BI) development.
• 6 to 8 years of overall experience, with a strong focus on Tableau.
• Advanced Tableau development skills, including dashboard design, complex calculations, and performance optimization.
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
• Experience with data integration from multiple sources.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to interpret data and create compelling narratives.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Good business writing skills, both written and oral.
• Proven ability to manage projects, preferably within a highly matrixed organization.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
