Job Description - Tableau Admin & Tableau Developer
- Administer and maintain Tableau Server / Tableau Online, including user access management, security setup, performance tuning, upgrades, and system monitoring.
- Manage data sources, extract refresh schedules, content migration, governance policies, and ensure high availability of the Tableau environment.
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau Desktop based on business requirements and KPIs.
- Optimize dashboards for performance, implement best practices in data modeling, and write efficient SQL queries.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineers, and analysts to gather requirements and deliver scalable BI solutions.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, provide user support, and conduct training sessions to drive Tableau adoption across the organization
