Key Responsibilities

  • Process & Technology Optimization: Manage the TA tech stack (ATS), streamlining workflows to improve recruiter productivity and candidate experience.
  • Data & Analytics: Develop dashboards to track recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, source quality), providing insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure recruitment processes comply with local and global labor laws, data privacy, and internal policies.
  • Vendor Management: Oversee external staffing agencies, job boards, and background check vendors.
  • Operational Support: Serve as the point of contact for TA system issues, process inefficiencies, and training new team members

Work Experience

Experience: 8+ years in TA Operations, HR technology, or talent acquisition.

  • Skills: Strong data analysis abilities, vendor management experience, and excellent project management skills.
  • Education: MBA HR preferred
