About the role:

We're looking for a high-impact TA Manager to own and scale our teacher hiring engine. You'll be responsible for delivering 50200+ teacher joins per month through repeatable, data-driven processes while maintaining the quality standards that power our 4.9/5 rating.

This is an operational leadership role with direct ownership over the entire hiring funnelfrom sourcing strategy to onboarding coordination. If you thrive on hitting ambitious targets, obsess over daily metrics, and want to build scalable hiring systems that fuel global growth, this role is for you.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end bulk hiring for teachers
  • Deliver monthly hiring targets (50200+ joins/month) with clear weekly and daily plans
  • Build and scale in-house hiring channels (job portals, referrals, communities, direct sourcing)
  • Design and run simple, repeatable screening processes (script-based where applicable)
  • Manage and coordinate interviewers, screeners, trainers, and onboarding teams
  • Create, track, and review daily hiring dashboards
  • Identify bottlenecks and continuously improve hiring speed and quality

Hiring Metrics & KPIs (Owned Daily):

  • Applications received vs connects
  • Connect-to-interview conversion
  • Interview-to-offer conversion
  • Offer-to-join ratio
  • Time-to-hire (4872 hrs target)
  • Monthly joins vs target
  • 30/60/90-day retention
  • % hiring via internal channels vs agencies

Required Experience & Skills:

  • 46 years of experience in bulk / volume hiring
  • Proven track record of 100s of hires per month
  • Strong execution mindset with comfort in daily numbers and dashboards
  • Experience working with ATS, Google Sheets/Excel, and hiring trackers
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, target-driven environments
  • Strong stakeholder and team coordination skills

Preferred Background:

  • Edtech, hypergrowth startup
  • Experience hiring frontline, teaching, training, or customer-facing roles
  • Exposure to referral-driven and community-based hiring models
