Job Description

  • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to meet organisational hiring needs.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and create effective recruitment plans.
  • Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for critical roles in the chemical industry.
  • Develop employer branding initiatives to attract top talent in the market.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies during all hiring activities.
  • Utilise data and metrics to measure the success of recruitment strategies and make informed decisions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve recruitment processes and candidate experience.

The Successful Applicant

A successful TA Manager should have:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in talent acquisition, preferably within the chemical industry.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and workforce planning.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving organisational goals.
