About the role:

We're seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition (TA) Manager to lead our recruitment efforts and build a pipeline of exceptional talent. You'll work closely with leadership to understand business needs and attract top-tier candidates to drive the company forward.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic talent acquisition plans to meet organizational growth needs.
• Oversee full-cycle recruitment and enhance candidate experience.
• Utilize data-driven insights to improve recruitment processes and identify trends.
• Manage employer branding and develop recruitment marketing campaigns.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in a Talent Acquisition Manager or senior recruiting role.
• Strong strategic thinking and project management skills.
• Expertise in sourcing, interviewing, and candidate selection.
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
