Take ownership of building and scaling a pan-India workforce
Shape hiring strategy and employer brand for a rapidly growing organisation

Job Description

Own and execute the complete Talent Acquisition strategy across functions, states, and time-bound project cycles.
Build and mentor a TA team as the organisation expands.
Manage full-cycle hiring for full-time, contractual, internship, project-based, and campus roles.
Design and implement sourcing strategies using job portals, referrals, passive talent outreach, market mapping, and talent networks.
Review job descriptions, screen candidates, and ensure quality hires within defined TATs.
Enhance interview frameworks, competency models, and assessment standards.
Collaborate with HR Operations to ensure smooth onboarding and handover.
Partner with leadership for workforce planning and manpower forecasting.
Drive employer branding initiatives across digital channels and social platforms.
Maintain hiring trackers, metrics, dashboards, and explore ATS/HR tech automation for efficiency.
Manage external recruitment vendors, hiring partners, and agencies.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree MBA/PGDM preferred.
5-8 years of strong Talent Acquisition experience, ideally in multi-location or high-volume hiring environments.
Proven success in hiring across field roles, consultants, leadership positions, and support functions.
Skilled in sourcing strategies, talent mapping, and employer branding.
Expertise with ATS/recruitment tools and strong proficiency in Excel/Sheets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
Comfort navigating ambiguity, deadlines, and fast-paced project cycles.

Bonus: Experience in political consulting, public policy, or large-scale project environments.
