Job Description
- Own and execute the complete Talent Acquisition strategy across functions, states, and time-bound project cycles.
- Build and mentor a TA team as the organisation expands.
- Manage full-cycle hiring for full-time, contractual, internship, project-based, and campus roles.
- Design and implement sourcing strategies using job portals, referrals, passive talent outreach, market mapping, and talent networks.
- Review job descriptions, screen candidates, and ensure quality hires within defined TATs.
- Enhance interview frameworks, competency models, and assessment standards.
- Collaborate with HR Operations to ensure smooth onboarding and handover.
- Partner with leadership for workforce planning and manpower forecasting.
- Drive employer branding initiatives across digital channels and social platforms.
- Maintain hiring trackers, metrics, dashboards, and explore ATS/HR tech automation for efficiency.
- Manage external recruitment vendors, hiring partners, and agencies.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree; MBA/PGDM preferred.
- 5-8 years of strong Talent Acquisition experience, ideally in multi-location or high-volume hiring environments.
- Proven success in hiring across field roles, consultants, leadership positions, and support functions.
- Skilled in sourcing strategies, talent mapping, and employer branding.
- Expertise with ATS/recruitment tools and strong proficiency in Excel/Sheets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Comfort navigating ambiguity, deadlines, and fast-paced project cycles.
