Own end‑to‑end Talent Acquisition across Tech and Non‑Tech roles
(Engineering, Product, Data, Design, Business, Category, Ops, Supply Chain, Corporate).
Lead the 0→1 hiring journey - building processes, structures, and scalable hiring practices from scratch.
Act as a thought partner to founders and senior leaders on workforce planning and org build‑out.
Drive hands‑on sourcing for niche, hard‑to‑close roles using creative sourcing strategies.
Close candidates in a competitive startup ecosystem, balancing speed with quality.
Be the go‑to advisor on startup compensation structures, including RSUs, ESOPs, vesting logic, and long‑term value narrative.
Manage offer negotiations, candidate experience, joining closure, and early attrition risks.
Continuously experiment with new tools, channels, and hiring approaches to support rapid scale.
Support ad‑hoc people initiatives that typically emerge in an early‑stage startup.
A successful TA Lead should have:
6-12 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with strong exposure to startup or high‑growth environments.
Demonstrated experience in scaling teams from scratch (0→1 / early growth stage).
Experience hiring for both Tech and Non‑Tech roles.
Clear understanding of equity‑led compensation models (RSUs/ESOPs) and comfort explaining them to candidates.
Comfortable working in a 6‑day work week and high‑intensity startup setup.
Mindset: Agile, hungry, builder mentality, bias for action, and comfort with ambiguity.
Strong stakeholder management skills and founder‑level communication maturity.
