Job Description

Own endtoend Talent Acquisition across Tech and NonTech roles

(Engineering, Product, Data, Design, Business, Category, Ops, Supply Chain, Corporate).

Lead the 01 hiring journey - building processes, structures, and scalable hiring practices from scratch.

Act as a thought partner to founders and senior leaders on workforce planning and org buildout.

Drive handson sourcing for niche, hardtoclose roles using creative sourcing strategies.

Close candidates in a competitive startup ecosystem, balancing speed with quality.

Be the goto advisor on startup compensation structures, including RSUs, ESOPs, vesting logic, and longterm value narrative.

Manage offer negotiations, candidate experience, joining closure, and early attrition risks.

Continuously experiment with new tools, channels, and hiring approaches to support rapid scale.

Support adhoc people initiatives that typically emerge in an earlystage startup.

The Successful Applicant

A successful TA Lead should have:

6-12 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with strong exposure to startup or highgrowth environments.

Demonstrated experience in scaling teams from scratch (01 / early growth stage).

Experience hiring for both Tech and NonTech roles.

Clear understanding of equityled compensation models (RSUs/ESOPs) and comfort explaining them to candidates.

Comfortable working in a 6day work week and highintensity startup setup.

Mindset: Agile, hungry, builder mentality, bias for action, and comfort with ambiguity.

Strong stakeholder management skills and founderlevel communication maturity.
