Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated
HR Intern to support our
Talent Acquisition team in managing the end-to-end recruitment process. This internship will provide hands-on exposure to sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and recruitment operations while working closely with experienced HR professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate trackers, recruitment databases, and hiring reports.
- Post and manage job openings on job portals and social media platforms.
- Follow up with candidates for interview updates, feedback, and documentation.
- Support the HR team in offer rollout and onboarding coordination.
- Assist in preparing job descriptions and recruitment communication.
Eligibility
- Pursuing or recently completed MBA / Graduation (HR or related field preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of recruitment or HR processes.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Organized, proactive, and willing to learn.
