Contingent Workforce Management

Thisteamstrivestoprovideimprovedcustomerexperiencesbyfocusingonoperationalandcosteffectiveness,increased accuracy, efficiency, compliance adherence, and delivering greater value through aligned solutions to the business strategies. Key areas include Contingent Workforce management, talent vendor and external contractor relationships, talent cost/spend acrosschannels.Qualityandinnovationaretopprioritiesfortheteam,thebenchmarkisontherisealways!

Work you will do

Independently manage end to end interview coordination, CRM activities and contractor logistics which includes contractor onboardings, extensions and separations

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Working with hiring managers to minimize disruptions to the candidate's experience and responding swiftly so that our time to fill with the right candidate supports business performance
  • Effectively communicate with the vendors, candidates and internal team members while maintaining confidentiality
  • Establish strong working relationships with various stakeholders hiring managers, recruiter, vendor, candidates.
  • Coordinate several areas of the recruiting process, including scheduling phone interviews, skype interviews
  • Adherence to compliance, critical metrics and scheduling requests within the defined SLAs
  • Maintain a critical eye for the tools and resources necessary for smooth running of the business.
  • Managing requisitions of onboarding, separations and extensions as well Fieldglass updates for contractors through timely information to be provided to the Contractor Lifecycle Events team

Qualifications and experience Required:

  • Graduate degree, preferably MBA - HR
  • 1 to 3 years of work experience in CRM activities which includes interview coordination, vendor/candidate communication, customer queries
  • Must have hands on experience in calendar management, interview co-ordination and scheduling.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact at all levels; good listener
  • Proficient with MS Office, specifically MS Excel (i.e. pivot tables, charting, VLOOKUP, intermediate formulas) and MS PowerPoint

Location: Hyderabad

Work hours: 9 AM 6 PM / 11 AM 8 PM
