T3 Support – IMS /CS CORE EXPERT
Role Summary
The L3 IMS/CS Core Expert is responsible for advanced troubleshooting, performance optimization, and end-to-end support of IMS and Circuit Switched (CS) Core network elements. The role involves handling complex issues escalated from L1/L2 teams, ensuring service continuity, and providing expertise for incident, problem, and change management.

Key Responsibilities
L3 Technical Support
Provide advanced troubleshooting for IMS and CS Core issues (VoLTE, VoWiFi, MO/MT call failures, SMS failures, Handover failures).
Analyze call traces (SIP, Diameter, ISUP, MAP, CAP) and perform deep-dive RCA.
Support high-severity (P1/P2) incidents and ensure timely resolution.
Handle escalations from Tier-1/2 NOC for CS/IMS nodes (MSC/MSC-S, MGW, HLR/HSS, STP, MTAS, CSCF, SBG, ENUM, DRA, IBCF/TrGW).
Handle SIP registration issues, VoLTE attach failures, IMS bearer issues, and interworking problems.
Optimize VoLTE/IMS call flows, QoS, and media negotiation.
CS Core Expert
Support legacy CS Core elements:
MSC, MSC-S, MGW, HLR, STP, VLR
Resolve circuit-switched issues (2G/3G call setup, supplementary services, roaming failures).
