Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled T24 developer to join our dynamic team and contribute to the development, enhancement, and maintenance of our core banking systems. As a T24 developer, you will play a crucial role in delivering innovative solutions that drive our business forward.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement new functionalities and enhancements to the T24 core banking system.
- Convert business needs into technological specifications by analyzing them.
- Develop and maintain complex T24 programs and interfaces using Infobasic, Java, and other relevant technologies.
- To guarantee the dependability and quality of the created solutions, conduct system, integration, and unit testing.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to T24 applications.
- Stay updated with the latest T24 versions, features, and best practices.
- Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and other team members to ensure successful project delivery.
- Adhere to coding standards, security best practices, and project methodologies.
- Participate in knowledge sharing and mentoring junior team members.
Required Skills And Experience
- Strong proficiency in the T24 core banking system, including Infobasic, Java, and T24 APIs.
- Solid understanding of banking domain knowledge, especially in areas like loans, deposits, payments, and trade finance.
- Experience in designing, developing, and implementing complex T24 solutions.
- Outstanding intellectual and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Knowledge of Unix/Linux environments.
- Experience with database technologies (Oracle, SQL Server).
Preferred Skills
- Experience with T24 upgrades and migrations.
- Knowledge of T24 security and compliance frameworks.
- Experience with T24 reporting and analytics tools.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
