Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • For Entry-Level Roles:
  • Assist in the implementation and customization of ServiceNow solutions.
  • Support the configuration and development of ServiceNow applications and workflows.
  • Work with senior consultants to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Participate in testing, debugging, and troubleshooting ServiceNow applications and systems.
  • Provide ongoing support for ServiceNow users and assist with issue resolution.
  • Learn and apply best practices in ServiceNow development and implementation.
  • For Mid-Level Roles:
  • Lead the design, implementation, and configuration of ServiceNow solutions, including IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and other ServiceNow applications.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop technical solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Customize ServiceNow workflows, UI, and forms to meet user needs.
  • Assist in system integrations with third-party tools and systems.
  • Guide and mentor junior consultants in ServiceNow best practices and development techniques.
  • Ensure the proper configuration and maintenance of the ServiceNow environment.
  • For Senior-Level Roles:
  • Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementations, including project scoping, design, configuration, and deployment.
  • Architect and develop custom solutions and applications within ServiceNow based on business requirements.
  • Conduct complex system integrations, troubleshooting, and performance tuning to optimize ServiceNow performance.
  • Provide thought leadership and strategic direction for ServiceNow projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Manage client relationships, providing expert advice and solutions to drive business value.
  • Lead and mentor a team of consultants and developers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with best practices and industry standards for ServiceNow deployments.

Qualifications:

  • Entry-Level:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow platform and basic understanding of ITSM processes is preferred but not required.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Mid-Level:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform, including ITSM, ITOM, and/or other ServiceNow modules.
  • ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, ITSM Implementation) are a plus.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL processes and how they integrate with ServiceNow.
  • Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and web technologies.
  • Proven ability to deliver ServiceNow projects and solutions on time and within scope.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Senior-Level:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of extensive experience with ServiceNow platform configuration, customization, and deployment.
  • Multiple ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Application Developer, Certified Implementation Specialist).
  • Deep expertise in ITSM, ITOM, and ServiceNow integrations with third-party tools.
  • Advanced knowledge of ServiceNow scripting, including Glide, JavaScript, and REST APIs.
  • Proven track record of leading large-scale ServiceNow implementations and driving digital transformation.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and clients.
  • Excellent business acumen and the ability to align technical solutions with business needs.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Expertise in ServiceNow platform, including configuration, customization, and development.
  • Knowledge of ITIL practices and how they integrate with ServiceNow.
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies, particularly ServiceNow's cloud infrastructure.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow Scripting (e.g., Glide Script, JavaScript) and integration with other tools (e.g., REST, SOAP).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience working in the Telecommunications and Technology (T&T) sector.
  • Familiarity with other IT platforms and cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Experience with ServiceNow Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Previous exposure to ServiceNow upgrades, migrations, and custom application development.
  • Experience in ServiceNow integration with enterprise applications like SAP, Oracle, and others.
