Lead the design, implementation, and configuration of ServiceNow solutions, including IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and other ServiceNow applications.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop technical solutions that align with business objectives.
Customize ServiceNow workflows, UI, and forms to meet user needs.
Assist in system integrations with third-party tools and systems.
Guide and mentor junior consultants in ServiceNow best practices and development techniques.
Ensure the proper configuration and maintenance of the ServiceNow environment.
For Senior-Level Roles:
Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementations, including project scoping, design, configuration, and deployment.
Architect and develop custom solutions and applications within ServiceNow based on business requirements.
Conduct complex system integrations, troubleshooting, and performance tuning to optimize ServiceNow performance.
Provide thought leadership and strategic direction for ServiceNow projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Manage client relationships, providing expert advice and solutions to drive business value.
Lead and mentor a team of consultants and developers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions.
Ensure compliance with best practices and industry standards for ServiceNow deployments.
Qualifications:
Entry-Level:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Familiarity with ServiceNow platform and basic understanding of ITSM processes is preferred but not required.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Mid-Level:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2-5 years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform, including ITSM, ITOM, and/or other ServiceNow modules.
ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, ITSM Implementation) are a plus.
Strong understanding of ITIL processes and how they integrate with ServiceNow.
Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and web technologies.
Proven ability to deliver ServiceNow projects and solutions on time and within scope.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Senior-Level:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
5+ years of extensive experience with ServiceNow platform configuration, customization, and deployment.
