T&T - Consultant & Sr.Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

For Consultant:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and provide actionable insights.
• Conduct research, data analysis, and process evaluations to support client projects.
• Develop reports, presentations, and strategic recommendations for clients.
• Support project management activities, including timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.
• Assist in the development of proposals, business cases, and client presentations.

For Senior Consultant:

• Lead client engagements, managing project scopes, deliverables, and timelines.
• Provide strategic advice and thought leadership on complex business issues.
• Mentor and coach junior consultants to enhance their professional development.
• Drive business development activities, including identifying opportunities and building client relationships.
• Oversee the design and implementation of business solutions with a focus on delivering measurable results.

Qualifications:

• Consultant: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Management, Technology, or a related field.
• Senior Consultant: Master's degree preferred with 5+ years of consulting experience or relevant industry expertise.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in [insert specific industry: e.g., healthcare, IT, finance, supply chain].
• Proficiency in data analysis tools, project management software, or industry-specific platforms.
