As a Systems Team Lead, you will lead the solutions engineering team in the Automation Technology Centre (ATC) in Lucy Electric Manufacturing Technologies, Halol (LEMT). You will cover two areas contract engineering and systems engineering.
Key Accountabilities:
- To lead a team of engineers to provide pre-contract support to Sales creating cost effective solutions for our range of RTUs both as standalone systems and integrated in switchgear
- To lead a team of engineers to provide internally or customer funded RTU solutions post contract
- To lead a team of engineers to provide pre-contract support to Sales creating cost effective solutions for SCADA electrical network solutions
- To lead a team of engineers to provide customer funded SCADA electrical network solutions post contract
- Identify new technologies techniques with potential to enhance products, services, processes, etc.
- To undertake any other duties and responsibilities as required instructed in order to maintain and or improve the efficiency, quality and service of the department.
Minimum Qualification, Experience and Skills:
- Engineering Degree with 8+ years of experience
