Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide L1 / L2 IT support for employees
  • Troubleshoot and resolve networking, Wi-Fi related issues
  • Administer and support Google Workspace (user management, groups, policies, security)
  • Manage identity and device access using JumpCloud
  • Handle MacBook management & troubleshooting, including:
  • System diagnostics & issue resolution
  • OS reinstall / formatting
  • Performance troubleshooting
  • Application & configuration support
  • Maintain accurate asset & inventory management (laptops, accessories, licenses, etc.)
  • Support onboarding / offboarding of employees (device setup, access provisioning)
  • Coordinate with vendors or service providers when needed

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, Wi-Fi, and firewall concepts
  • Hands-on experience with Google Workspace administration
  • Experience with JumpCloud or similar IAM / device management platforms
  • Solid experience supporting macOS / MacBooks
  • Good knowledge of IT asset management practices
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve user issues efficiently
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
