What You Can Expect
The position is responsible for the design, optimization, engineering, administering, and supporting the Zimmer Biomet Collaboration Services. This includes but is not limited to identity, security, email and cloud and on prem Microsoft services. The development of strategies and direction for collaboration solutions using current and emerging technologies. Translate business requirements into solutions to support the business and security of Zimmer Biomet.

Work Mode: Hybrid (3 Days in office)
How You'll Create Impact
- Evaluates and recommends new products, maintains knowledge of emerging technologies for application to the enterprise.
- Provides leadership for infrastructure projects from concept through design, implementation, testing, documentation, support and maintenance
- Continuously seeks to improve the infrastructure and to solve business problems using technology.
- Provides input to other areas of IM and ERP with respect to the infrastructure
- The individual will share on-call responsibilities for the infrastructure as part of a rotating after-hours schedule
- Coaches and mentors, more junior technical staff
- Total Percent (not to exceed 100%)
- Individual percents should be greater than or equal to 5%.

- Significant experience in supporting Microsoft technologies with a focus on Exchange, Teams, Active Directory, 365, Entra, Defender, SharePoint, and Azure
- Advanced scripting and automation to streamline solutions
- Works on projects/issues of high complexity that require in depth knowledge across multiple technical areas and business segments.
Your Background
Education & Experience Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science.
- Minimum of 7 years of IT experience in infrastructure/network environments performing trouble shooting, architecture design, engineering (hardware and software) and optimization.
